Fintech Product Design Leader

As a Staff Product Designer at our fintech company, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our products. Working cross-functionally, you'll ensure consistency with our brand and product architecture.
Our team is looking for a talented designer to join us in defining problems & goals, mapping user flows, prototyping interactions, and launching new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to drive innovation.
- Indirectly lead the work of designers, product managers, and engineers on innovative projects.
- Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside core product teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills.
- The ability to define direction and process, and lead others through it.
