About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Product Design Leader to drive design excellence and shape the future of our products. As a key member of our team, you'll help us deliver user-centric experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design strategies that align with business goals and user needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products
- Mentor and guide other designers to ensure consistent design quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize design opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities
Your Background
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in education or SaaS
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to connect user needs with strategic design
- Excellent craft skills, including interaction, accessibility, and visual design
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence design decisions
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Mastery of design tools like Figma and experience working in agile environments
