Job OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join our clients' teams. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with project stakeholders, including project managers, site managers, planners, site staff, and service coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Direct client liaison to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Evaluate tender responses to ensure the best value for the project.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.
- Certify and pay progress claims to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and finalize project cost reports to ensure accurate financial management.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
- High-level presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve issues in a lateral and constructive manner.
- Ideal candidates will hold a tertiary qualification in a construction or property-related field.
