Toowoomba Construction Contract Administrator Opportunities

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our clients in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. Our goal is to assist them in placing exceptional professionals in both permanent and temporary capacities.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating client and subcontractor contracts;
- Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;
- Tender response evaluation;
- Taking minutes and following up on meetings;
- Certification and payment progress claims;
- Final payments; and
- Maintaining construction documents to a high standard.
- Expertise in any of the above areas;
- Strong general administration skills;
- Exceptional organisation skills;
- Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; and
- Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
