Toowoomba Construction Project Manager Roles

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our clients in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. Our goal is to assist them in placing exceptional professionals in both permanent and temporary capacities.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with project managers, site managers, planners, site staff, and service coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Direct client liaison to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Evaluate tender responses to ensure the best value for our clients.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Certify and pay progress claims to ensure fair compensation for work completed.
- Prepare and finalize project costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong computer skills to manage project data and reports.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Sharp negotiation skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Ideal candidates will have a tertiary qualification in a construction or property-related field.
