Supply Chain Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Governance Specialist to join our team in Sydney and WA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our supplier relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supply chain governance and has strong analytical skills to make a real impact in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Supplier Onboarding and Contract Management: Develop and implement end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, contract renewals, and variations to ensure compliance with procurement, cyber security, IT, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Supplier Governance: Lead the supervision and monitoring routines to ensure supplier activities align with the Statement of Work, Terms, Rates, and Service Delivery Standards.
- Cyber Security: Collaborate with the Cyber Governance team to manage identified supplier cyber system vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and ensure timely completion of risk mitigation actions.
- Experience: Proven experience in supplier/provider management, procurement, or contract administration, with a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance.
- Cyber Security Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of cyber security standards, IT systems, and risk management practices.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to address supplier-related issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal teams and supplier partners.
