Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to join our team at Programmed. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers comply with modern slavery regulations.

About the Role

This part-time role involves working closely with our Procurement team to assess and monitor the modern slavery risk of our suppliers. You will communicate with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely and efficient compliance. Your responsibilities will also include developing supplier-related Environmental/Social/Governance activities and maintaining records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in assessing and monitoring the modern slavery risk of suppliers;
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely and efficient compliance;
  • Develop and implement supplier-related Environmental/Social/Governance activities;
  • Maintain and organise records and reports related to supplier compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills, with the ability to create clear reports and conduct basic analysis;
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement building skills;
  • Understanding of Procurement and supply chains;
  • Knowledge or understanding of Modern Slavery.
