Opportunities are available for experienced individuals to take on the role of Warehouse Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee the safe, efficient and accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods across a complex warehouse operation. This involves leading a team of 15 personnel to ensure that logistics functions support production, meet customer expectations and align with high standards for safety, quality and performance.

  1. Plan, coordinate and supervise all warehouse activities to guarantee timely receipt, storage and dispatch of materials.
  2. Identify and mitigate hazards related to safety, health, security and environment.
  3. Oversee stock control processes to investigate discrepancies and implement best practices for real-time inventory accuracy.
  4. Pre-batch raw materials for paint and powder plants to prevent production delays.
  5. Monitor and control warehouse costs to meet site financial targets.
  6. Develop a High-Performance Culture by coaching, mentoring and developing your team.

This is an opportunity for a proactive and experienced individual to develop their leadership skills and contribute to a dynamic team.

To be successful, prior experience in warehousing and distribution is required, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
