Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned leader who can manage a team of engineers, fostering their growth and success. This individual will oversee the delivery pipeline, ensuring it flows predictably and sustainably. They will also be responsible for implementing accurate and efficient delivery systems, including capacity planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing software delivery and teams using Lean-Agile techniques. They should possess an excellent understanding of modern software delivery practices and lifecycle. Additionally, they should be able to balance individual needs with business objectives and have a proven track record of building high-performing teams that learn through failure.

A background in software or infrastructure is essential, along with a basic understanding of modern CI/CD practices. The successful candidate will be able to advocate for engineering standards and practices, promoting compliance and excellence within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
