Grove Juice is seeking skilled Batching/Mixing Operators to produce high-quality products by mixing various raw ingredients in accordance with corresponding recipes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Mix raw ingredients according to recipes to produce high-quality products.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
- Handle and transport ingredients throughout the production process.
- Perform various production tasks, including high-quality packaging.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall production efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior batching/mixing experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
- A good understanding of food safety principles.
- Excellent mathematic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Current forklift ticket.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
