Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician - Grove Juice

Description:

Fuse Recruitment is thrilled to partner with Grove Juice, a leading Australian family-owned fruit processor. Due to ongoing growth, the company is looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter to support the expanding operations at their Brisbane site. This permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, working Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations, particularly in food manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure machinery is running efficiently during shifts.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment repairs and servicing.
  • Any additional general electrical maintenance required around site.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Fitter Trade Qualification Mandatory
  • Dual trade qualifications would be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg occasionally.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
