Due to ongoing growth, Grove Juice is seeking skilled Batching/Mixing Operators to produce high-quality products by mixing various raw ingredients in accordance with corresponding recipes. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of production processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Mixing raw ingredients according to recipes to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
  • Handling and transporting ingredients throughout the production process.
  • Performing various production tasks, including high-quality packaging.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and completing administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to support overall production efficiency.
  • Adhering to food safety standards and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior batching/mixing experience in food manufacturing environments.
  • A good understanding of food safety principles.
  • Excellent mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
  • The ability to lift up to 25kg.
  • A current forklift ticket.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including:

  • Monday to Friday roles available on the Night Shift, with training provided on the Day Shift to ensure you're fully prepared.
