We are seeking skilled Machine Operators with experience in labelling, filling, carton making, and robot pallet labelling for our night shift bottling line. As part of a diverse and inclusive team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional juice products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production activities for smooth operations.
  • Support and lead production staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Monitor product quality and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support and development for existing staff.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in labelling, filling, carton making, and robot pallet labelling in food manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to complete forms and input data into systems.
  • Capability to lift 25kg.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vertically integrated manufacturing business where you'll be involved in the entire juice-making process. You'll work Monday to Friday on the night shift, with training provided on the day shift to ensure you're fully prepared.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
