About the Role

The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the General Secretary. This is a key role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the General Secretary, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reporting: Draft reports, meeting papers, and correspondence, and provide secretariat support to the Plenary meeting.
