Job Title: Territory Manager, Urology
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to manage the New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory regions as a Territory Sales Manager. This role requires overseeing existing relationships, driving new business with key decision-makers in public and private hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Intensive care staff, urology surgeons, infection control, procurement and nursing staff.
- Achieve sales targets by continuously monitoring the market and developing long-term strategies.
- Establish, implement and review a territory plan with specific actions.
- Maintain accurate CRM database of all accounts, including activities, opportunities and customer contact details.
- Exceed customer expectations through collaboration.
- Develop expertise in clinical areas by building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer practices.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong business acumen and strategic approach to territory management.
- Experience in Urology, ICU and critical care environments highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and influence.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting sales data and clinical information.
- Demonstrated ability to match and deliver customer support with business opportunity value.
