Service Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional Service Operations Director to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the service department and drive business growth.
- Maximise revenue opportunities while ensuring efficient operations
- Owning and being accountable for the performance and daily activities of the Service department
- Achieving all internal KPIs and manufacturer targets and dealer standards
- Ensuring overall productivity of the team and quality checking work to the highest standards
- Providing a superior customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers
- Collaborating with Sales and Parts departments
- Previous experience as a Service Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Excellent leadership and people skills to lead, mentor and motivate the Service Team
- Solid knowledge of workshop processes and procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets and work under pressure
- Hardworking, committed and highly organised
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
