Accounts and Payroll Professional

We are seeking a skilled Payroll & Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Payroll duties, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
- Developing & maintaining relationships with key suppliers
- Managing end-to-end Payroll duties
- Weekly payroll processing of 75 employees wages
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with Accounts Receivable duties
- Assist with reporting duties
Requirements:
- Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
- High level customer services skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task
