About the Role

The Construction Planning and Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction planning of key deliverables associated with the implementation of construction tasks. This includes coordinating with the design team for planning and assisting the construction team for project delivery.

This role reports to the Wamarra National Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, coordinating and planning tasks aligned with the project scopes
  • Coordinating with the design team to deliver CSF, BES & Telepower designs
  • Identifying electrical infrastructure and conducting power viability audits on targeted sites
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts for procurement and contractors
  • DNSP applications and coordination
  • Assisting the construction team to deliver a program of works
  • Quality assurance inspections and checks
  • Overseeing logistics for material procurement
  • Project pre-delivery audits and inspections
  • Progress reporting

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years telco experience, knowledge of Telepower, electrical, generators, CSF & BES required
  • Driver's License

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Following Qualifications are Not Essential but Will be Highly Regarded in the Selection Process:

  • Electrical Licence
  • White Card training
  • RPAS / Drone experience
  • Emergency First Aid / CPR
  • Low voltage Release and Rescue
  • Working at heights
  • Elevated work platform license
  • Forklift High risk license

What We Offer:

A competitive salary between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and career growth opportunities within Ventia.
