Electrical Installation Specialist:

Seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join a major new-energy construction project focused on building hydrogen electrolyzer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, align and assemble electrical components on site working closely with a team of industry experts.
  • Contribute to the construction of a cutting-edge hydrogen demonstration plant located near Brisbane CBD at Bulwer Island.
  • Local role with regular 10-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday.
  • Project starts mid-October and runs through to June 2026 offering steady work over the medium term.
  • Competitive hourly rate plus tool allowance to support your gear.
  • Penalties apply after 7.6 hours per day calculated on your base hourly rate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an Electrician in large scale maintenance or construction projects within the resources industry.
  • EEHA certification.
  • Hold Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
    • Unrestricted Electrical Licence (QLD).
    • RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined Spaces (Desirable).
    • RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights (Desirable).
  • Pass a project specific pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
