Crew Leader

Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading a team of personnel in the construction and maintenance of municipal infrastructure, including roads, concrete, and drainage systems. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Civil Construction, a White Card, and experience in managing construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individual and team achievements. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence others.

In this role, you will work closely with the Civil Delivery Team to ensure the effective and efficient completion of planned, scheduled, and reactive maintenance works. You will apply specialist skills in the management of infrastructure networks and provide technical expertise during the implementation of maintenance work programs.

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of people in the Lines and Signs team, leading and guiding them to achieve project goals and objectives.
