**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a results-driven Senior ICT Support Specialist to lead our Computer Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the daily performance of our service desk, and overseeing the organization of our Computer Services Team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an ICT senior support position with strong technical skills, including Office 365, Intune, SCCM, Windows 11, and Server 2019+. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to motivate others, and cultivate a positive team culture.

In this role, you will lead the Infrastructure systems and end-point compute teams in the Computer Service department within ICT. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

You will also be responsible for leading endpoint and server architecture design workshops to provide technical solutions in the health environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a service delivery mindset with a customer experience focus and experience delivering IT services using a service management framework such as ITIL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Computer Services Team and oversee the daily performance of our service desk
  • Manage the organization of our Computer Services Team
  • Develop and implement strategic objectives and KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Lead endpoint and server architecture design workshops
  • Deliver IT services using a service management framework such as ITIL

Requirements:
