The Role

The Senior People and Culture (P&C) Partner will provide strategic, commercially focused P&C advice and support the implementation of the group people strategy aligned to the business unit strategies and plans. This role involves influencing, relationship management, and collaborating with Centres of Excellence (COEs) on talent attraction and development-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic P&C advice to senior stakeholders

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a polished HR generalist with extensive HRBP experience in sophisticated corporate environments such as ASX listed or large complex multinational companies. Strong relationship and problem-solving capability are essential, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
