Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team in the delivery of renewable energy infrastructure projects across Australia.

This role will oversee the on-site management of major construction works, including utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems.

  • Lead and manage construction site activities to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordination across disciplines.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing construction projects in the renewables or infrastructure sector, along with tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.

Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety (OH&S) legislation, construction industry standards, and practices is essential.

Proven leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage teams and contractors.

  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being among team members and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in construction project management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
