Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our renewable energy infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Your primary objective will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion. This includes managing construction site activities, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing construction projects in the renewables or civil sectors. You should also possess sound knowledge of OH&S legislation, construction industry standards, and practices.

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline is essential. Additionally, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction site activities across renewable energy infrastructure projects.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with program, safety, and environmental objectives.
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, providing clear direction and leadership.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience managing construction projects in the renewables or civil sectors.
  • Solid understanding of OH&S legislation, construction industry standards, and practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage construction programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.
