With a focus on delivering infrastructure projects in the renewable energy sector, we are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require you to interpret project drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring all technical requirements are implemented on-site.
  • You will provide engineering support to construction teams and subcontractors, resolving issues and coordinating sequencing of works.
  • Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring construction quality and compliance with design and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate document control, including RFIs, permits, specifications, and drawing registers.
  • Monitor daily and weekly progress, assisting with planning, procurement, and scheduling of resources.
  • Ensure site activities comply with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures and requirements.
  • Liaise with design consultants and third parties to clarify technical queries and drive resolution of design issues.
  • Track materials and productivity against budgets and assist the Project Manager in cost monitoring, progress claims, and variation support.
  • Contribute to site reporting, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing As-Built drawings and support project close-out activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or similar discipline) with a minimum of 7 years' experience in construction is essential.
  • You should have proven experience delivering infrastructure or energy construction projects, preferably in renewables or utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC systems, and HSE requirements is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for liaising across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands is vital.
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills are necessary.
