Renewable Energy Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead the development phases of Wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the Civil Engineering aspects of these developments across multiple utility-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or geotechnical roles related to major renewable and infrastructure developments. Wind development experience is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development phases of Wind and BESS projects, including input to land development, project feasibility, and design.
  • Oversee Consultant Engineers and EPC activities as projects move from design through to construction.
  • Support the long-term reliability and effectiveness of existing renewable developments.

Qualifications

  • Degree in civil engineering – or equivalent.
  • 10-15 years of civil engineering or geotechnical experience related to major renewable and infrastructure developments.
  • Client-side, or Consulting experience is preferred; major EPC experience also considered.

This role offers an immediate opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a global leader in Wind Energy generation. You will be based in the Brisbane CBD with occasional travel required.
