Job Title: Product Preparation Specialist

As a Product Preparation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will work under the guidance of a Production Manager to carry out manufacturing processes in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

  • Carry out all manufacturing processes to ensure the quality and safety of our products are never compromised.
  • Help ensure that our products meet the highest standards required.
  • Follow production schedules as instructed by the Production Manager.
  • Strive to maintain or improve the quality and safety of our products, and increase productivity.
  • Understand the dispensing and compounding of products manufactured by us.
  • Clean manufacturing areas regularly.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Production Manager.
  • Participate in required training activities.

Requirements:

  • No formal qualifications required; year 10 School Certificate desirable, TAFE Plant Operator's Certificate beneficial.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment with a background in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries preferred.
