The Product Preparation Specialist is a crucial member of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring seamless order preparation and shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

This role plays a vital part in the logistics and supply chain process, guaranteeing customer orders are accurately labeled, packaged securely, and dispatched on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety rules and regulations, adhering to strict protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Familiarize yourself with GMP and food safety practices, upholding basic food handling best practices at all times.
  • Maintain a satisfactory attendance record, starting shifts punctually every day.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Achieve operational efficiency by applying a consistent attitude to work, ensuring active time exceeds 95%.
  • Minimize wastage wherever possible, taking proactive measures to reduce machine waste.
Requirements

To excel as a Product Preparation Specialist, you should possess:

  • The ability to lift and move heavy items safely, up to 10 Kgs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
  • Good organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to communicate and work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Use by Date (UBD), First in First Out (FIFO) principles.
