About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Preparation Specialist to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for trimming and preparing meat cuts to meet product specifications, ensuring consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Trim and prepare meat cuts to meet product specifications, ensuring consistent quality
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  3. Assist with stock control and ensure proper storage of all products
  4. Collaborate closely with the Butcher, Head Chef and kitchen team to meet daily production requirements
  5. E nsure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Proven experience as a Meat Preparation Specialist, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment
  2. Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
  3. Passion for high-quality produce and maintaining excellence in food preparation
  4. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  6. Able to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment
