At KPMG, we're seeking a talented Associate Director to join our Real Estate Advisory & Transactions team. As a key member of our Infrastructure, Assets & Places group, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and financial advice to clients on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.
  • Deliver precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage client engagements, coach junior staff, and develop client resources.
  • Assist clients in assessing, analyzing, valuing, and procuring assets to support their financial and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions.

  • Strong financial and commercial analytical skills to support investment choices.
  • Ability to develop and deliver commercial advice on complex transactions and business cases.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on our urban environment.
  • Desire to deliver significant real estate, urban renewal, and precinct and place infrastructure projects.
About You

We're looking for someone with recent experience in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas. You should have a strong background in providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice, as well as experience in preparing briefing documentation, running financial models, and supporting transaction strategy and assessment.
