Job Title: Associate Director - Real Estate Advisory & Transactions

At KPMG, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Real Estate Advisory & Transactions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' major infrastructure projects and urban renewal initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial and financial advice to clients on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.
  • Delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Managing client engagements, coaching, and developing junior staff and client resources.
  • Assisting clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborating with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions for our clients.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for making a positive impact on our urban environment. You will have:

  • Financial and commercial analytical skills to support city-shaping investment choices for clients.
  • Experience in developing and delivering commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, pre/feasibility studies, options analysis, and financial models.
  • A unique perspective and passion for making a positive impact on our urban environment.
  • A strong interest in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
