Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will support our opportunities in the market by:

  • Providing commercial and financial advice on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.
  • Delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Managing client engagements, coaching, and developing junior staff and client resources.
  • Assisting clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborating with KPMGau specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions for our clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Financial and commercial analytical skills to support city-shaping investment choices.
  • Experience in developing and delivering commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, and financial models.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on our urban environment.
  • A unique perspective and skills to deliver significant real estate, urban renewal, and precinct and place infrastructure projects.
