At KPMG, we're seeking a talented professional to join our Real Estate Advisory team as a Manager or Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients' growth and regeneration strategies, working on complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and financial advice to clients on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.
  • Deliver precincts tied to major real estate, place, and infrastructure projects, leveraging your expertise in investment and decision-making areas.
  • Manage client engagements, coach junior staff, and develop client resources to drive market growth opportunities.
  • Assist clients in assessing, analyzing, valuing, and procuring assets to support their financial, commercial, and service delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions for clients.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
  • Strategic, commercial, and financial advice skills, with experience in developing financial models.
  • Ability to prepare briefing documentation, run financial models, and support transaction strategy and assessment.
  • Recent professional experience in corporate advisory, management consultancy, or similar environments.
