Asset Management Specialist

About the Job

Core Asset Co. is seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our Brisbane team. As a key member of our team, you will lead and execute projects, both independently and as a team leader, driving business growth and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to enhance client performance.
  • Lead and execute projects, leveraging analytical skills and methodical approach.
  • Collaborate with junior staff, guiding and developing their skills.
  • Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in Asset Management, with a minimum 5 years of experience. You must possess advanced analytical skills, a methodical work approach, and a proven track record in a similar role.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management.
  • Proven understanding and implementation of effective asset management strategies.
  • Ability to enhance asset performance for clients.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Methodical work approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Australian working rights are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, relevant certifications, such as project management or experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto), would be highly valued.

  • Project management certification or similar.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
