About the Opportunity

As a key professional, you'll be working with leading organisations, fast-growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals in the global market. You will identify key drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for hidden value, and collaborate with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during, and after the transaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers. Analyse financial/operational results through reviewing records, conducting interviews, and preparing/professional pro forma information.
  • Identify and analyse key drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, impacting deal value and structuring. Based on your analysis, write up findings and recommendations, and project manage information flows while managing key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
  • Assist senior professionals with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new opportunities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics. Membership in a relevant institute is required.
  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and high proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Show a strong work ethic and adaptability to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exhibit analytical ability, enjoying solving deal value questions within tight timelines.
  • Be prepared to contribute to the team culture by actively participating in team activities.
