Lead a game-changing asset transformation in a high-growth industrial groupShape culture, performance, and process with full executive backingLive and work on the beautiful Gold Coast, enjoy lifestyle and leadership combined

About the opportunity

This is your chance to lead a transformation that will redefine how a major industrial services organisation manages its assets, supply chain, and operational support. In this newly created role, you will bring together procurement, inventory, logistics, building services, and IT oversight into one high-performing function, with the autonomy to make it your own.

Based on the stunning Gold Coast, this position offers the rare balance of senior leadership impact and an enviable lifestyle. Picture yourself leading a multi-million dollar asset portfolio that includes specialist plant, marine equipment, and fleet, all while enjoying the coastal community, warm climate, and laid-back lifestyle Queensland is famous for.

You will be stepping into a proud, Queensland-owned family business that has grown from humble beginnings into a market leader in the industrial services sector. With strong roots in the local community, this organisation values relationships, integrity, and delivering on promises. The next chapter is about growth, capability, and modernisation and you will be right at the centre of it.

About you

You are a confident, decisive leader who thrives on building structure, culture, and performance from the ground up. You have a proven track record in asset management, procurement, and supply chain optimisation, ideally in industrial, civil, or infrastructure environments and you know how to get the best out of a diverse team.

You are just as comfortable setting strategy with the executive team as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges. You can navigate complexity, bring people together, and turn plans into measurable results. You see technology and data as key enablers, with Enterprise Resource Planning & Material Requirements Planning experience that allows you to spot opportunities and drive smarter decision-making. Most importantly, you are ready to step into a role where your leadership will directly shape the future of the business.

What's on offer

Step into a senior leadership role in an organisation with deep roots in the Gold Coast, a proud history of innovation, and a strong environmental legacy. This is not just a position, it is a chance to influence strategy, lead meaningful change, and leave a legacy of your own.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership and have the freedom to shape a centralised asset function from the ground up. It is a true greenfield opportunity where your vision, capability, and leadership will set the benchmark for years to come.

This is a high-growth yet stable organisation that combines the scale and resources to support transformation with the agility to act quickly. The culture is authentic, down-to-earth, and driven by values, initiative, integrity, and real-world impact are celebrated here. The leadership team and board are genuinely invested in modernising and elevating the business, and you will be fully supported to achieve your goals.
