Asset Intelligence Leader

Transforming asset performance through advanced analytics and digital tools is at the heart of our business. We're seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive this transformation.

As Asset Intelligence Manager, you will lead the development and application of data-driven insights to improve asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value across our power generation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement predictive analytics, machine learning, and digital twin technologies to reduce unplanned outages and extend asset life.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to monitor asset performance, reliability, and risk indicators.
  • Identify performance losses and deliver data-driven solutions to optimise operational performance.
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and analytics to enhance asset visibility and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead a team of technical specialists and provide training and mentorship.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure ongoing innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in thermal power generation, asset analytics, and performance monitoring. You should have strong capability in applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and data modelling to improve asset performance.
