Job Title: Director, Specialist Sales, Transfer Solutions

Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive product commercialization and go-to-market execution for its Transfer Solutions. This role involves leveraging a combination of Mastercard's card- and account-based technologies to enable multiple user flows, including person-to-person, business-to-business, disbursements, remittances, and merchant payments.

The successful candidate will contribute to product commercialization and work closely with regional, global, and market teams to scale our Transfer Solutions capabilities. Key responsibilities include leading the successful roll-out of the Transfer Solutions business within Asia Pacific (AP), developing country-specific commercialization strategies, assembling a product suite that solves key pain points for customer segments, achieving aggressive revenue growth, prospecting and contracting banks and NBFIs, building industry partnerships, and playing a key role in facilitating financial modeling and business case development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a highly collaborative individual with 10+ years of experience in cross-border flows. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as experience executing and managing business development strategies in complex environments. Strategy and product management experience are preferred but not mandatory.
