We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional client services as a Customer Service Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, telephone support and CRM software operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, receiving and processing service orders, enquiries and attending to customer requests for servicing printing equipment.

Key responsibilities include following up internal and external enquiries, managing and escalating customer enquiries, improving the customer experience and ensuring efficient planning and dispatch of engineers to customer sites.

Additional duties include managing customer enquiries concerning parts availability, deliveries, invoicing and returns, managing service technician job sheets and associated invoicing, assisting with spare parts inventory management and coordinating monthly stock-take and generating reports to Admin and Service management.
