Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, providing outstanding service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of printing equipment
  • Corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
  • Working with a team of dedicated engineers and reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager
  • Providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach
  • Positive attitude in dealing with customers
  • Keen desire to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
