Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a representative of Qvest Digital AG.
  • Define market and customer strategies in collaboration with the territory lead.
  • Oversee sales practices for Qvest Digital AG within the region, creating cross-selling opportunities as necessary.
  • Classify customers using a tiered model established by Qvest.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
  • Develop an engagement plan with specific KPIs to ensure client success.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (CIO, CTO, purchasing departments, etc.).
  • Identify and comprehend client needs, budgets, strategies, and objectives.
  • Manage budget responsibilities for the region and specific verticals, including synergy growth across Qvest companies.
  • Engage directly with general managers and practice leads to achieve strategic goals for clients.
  • Negotiate Master Service Agreements effectively.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to inform strategies.
  • Identify suitable opportunities, define bid strategies, and represent them in steering board meetings, ensuring a commercially successful bid/offer.
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with the approval matrix.
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate or master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in defining market and customer strategies in dynamic environments.
  • Proven background in digital transformation and multi-product solution sales (Cloud, Software/SaaS/PaaS) in the media & entertainment sector, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Strong track record in sales within media and entertainment technology, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
  • Passionate about data-driven sales management.
  • Exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring trust both internally and externally.
  • Motivated to work closely with clients, delivering services directly and understanding their needs.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, customers, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Strong relationship management skills at both C-level and mid-management levels.
  • Comfortable collaborating with global teams across various time zones and willing to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in sales management software (CRM) and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and hands-on approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
