Program Officer, Student Experience Manager

This role is a crucial part of delivering key student experience initiatives at the University. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing student engagement and success through coordinating student experience programs.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Melbourne Peer Mentor Program to ensure smooth operation and high levels of student engagement.
- Provide administrative support by managing program data, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate records using enterprise-wide platforms.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness by tracking student participation, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve program outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They should possess a passion for enhancing the student experience in a university setting.
