Job Title: Senior Student Services Manager

This role focuses on leading a team to deliver exceptional student services, ensuring a smooth experience from orientation to graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of SSOs in delivering high-quality student services.
  • Coordinate training and development for staff members, fostering growth and improvement.
  • Enhance student experiences through efficient enrolment, orientation, and graduation processes.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with academic standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in leadership and management is essential.
  • A background in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, committed to delivering high-quality service.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with JIRA ticketing systems and academic administrative processes.
  • Experience in program delivery and graduation logistics.
  • An understanding of the Australian education system and regulatory standards.
