Technical Specialist: Claims Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team in this visionary approach to our claims model. As a start-up and disruptor to the market, you will have the opportunity to lend your experience to build and grow the technical expertise, operations and processes across the function.
About the RoleThis role is focused on Work Injury Damages, fraudulent and litigated claims. You will be responsible for advising and providing technical support and advice to case management teams on a range of legislative activities and decisions. This includes coaching and mentoring case management personnel, collaborating with our Mental Health, Injury Management, and Return to Work communities of practice, undertaking quality assurance and auditing on claims decisions and activities, and participating in key business projects and initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience in technical or case management roles within a workers compensation setting, with demonstrated experience in litigated claims management. You will also require exceptional time management and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, a strategic mindset and approach to work, a strong sense of team and collaboration, and a resilient attitude.
