Customer Service and Support Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Officer to join our team at Ignite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers in relation to travel documents.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers in relation to travel documents
- Perform routine customer interviews and prepare evidence documents
- Undertake Quality Assurance checks of travel documents
- Issue Authentications, Apostilles and Certificate of No Impediment
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship or Baseline clearance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
