Customer Service Officer APS4

We are seeking skilled professionals for customer service and administration roles at the APS4 level. The ideal candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and scheduling.
- Deliver professional customer service through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain and update databases and other IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support reporting and data analysis.
- Assist with office supplies management and the coordination of office equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide support.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel.
- Strong IT and database usage skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility:
- Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
