">About the Role
">This key position will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for Structured Finance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
">Key Responsibilities
">Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Structured Finance partners to drive mutual growth and success.
">Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for Structured Finance through strategic networking and partnership development.
">Foster a collaborative working environment with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
">Liaise with credit, operations, and COO Office teams to achieve positive outcomes for partners, customers, and brokers.
">About You
">To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of Business Development and Relationship Management experience, particularly in Asset Finance Introducers.
">A customer-centric approach is essential, along with a history of sales growth and the ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
">Experience in Operating Lease and Rental products across medical and IT equipment is mandatory.
">Requirements
">Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field are required.
">A working understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements is necessary, along with a sound knowledge of Asset Finance and related products.
">A commercial market and competitors' product awareness is also essential.
