We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist Trainee to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to deliver informative demonstrations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles and aftermarket products.
- Learn to clearly explain product benefits and features to build strong customer relationships.
- Assist with preparing and processing sales contracts as needed.
- Support customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.
- About You:
- You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
- You have a strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or automotive industry.
- You possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital platforms.
- Availability to work Saturdays is required.
