Customer Service Position

This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, handling a large volume of client inquiries, resolving support issues, delivering training to new and existing clients, providing customer service, and offering general administrative assistance to the wider team.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hotel or holiday park sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work full-time Monday-Friday

About The Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing client interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient way
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
