Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service and maximise customer experience for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Contact centre inbound and outbound call enquiries
- Manage client relationships and provide a point of contact for clients
- Assist with client enquiries in line with our service offering and liaise with key stakeholders
- Draft and produce client communications as required
- Manage chat and email enquiries from advisers/clients
- Provide excellent phone support for key advisers and handle adviser and dealer group administration
The ideal candidate will be energised by resolving questions and supporting clients through outstanding phone interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in superannuation or managed funds, with knowledge of insurance or banking products (desirable)
- Proven client service experience in a call centre environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Able to pick up new technology and systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
